In pursuit of connection

I’m on a mission to live a more connected and intuitive life – rooted in the Earth, grounded in my body, in tune with my inner wisdom.

I help people connect to their own inner wisdom and authentically self-direct their own healing and personal growth, with my unique synthesis of embodiment and somatic work, narrative ritual, and spiritual exploration.

I work from a person-centred approach, which means that you are the expert on your own life, and have the ability to make changes and create your own healing. Think of me as a wise conversation partner, here to offer deep listening, gentle questions and reflections, my own lived experiences and some of the tools and wisdom I’ve picked up along the way, to ultimately help you connect to your own inner wisdom.

A little about me

Like so many of us, I spent the first half of my life in a profound state of disconnect, ignoring my body and rejecting my intuition, looking for purpose outside of myself.

I was a pastor’s kid in Pentecostal Christianity, and wholeheartedly devoted my life to church and ministry and the call of God, right up until my mid-30s, when I began to ask questions about my faith that had no easy answers.

The years-long process of deconstruction that followed put me on a path to reconnect with my own embodied truths and wisdom, as well as a gentler way of life for me and my family.

In the years since I left organised religion, I’ve been on a quest to live a more heart-centred and embodied life, to be more deeply connected to the Earth and to others, and in vibrant and creative relationship with my own spirit.

I deconstructed my entire belief system in search of something more authentic – and I found it.

Here's what I know

Rebuilding your identity after leaving any high-control environment is daunting work.

But it can also be profoundly empowering.

Rebuilding a spiritual life and practice after leaving the certainty of ‘the faith’ can be incredibly bewildering.

But it can also be deeply connective.

Rebuilding community after leaving or losing your spiritual home might feel impossible.

But it can also be more authentic and heart-opening than anything you knew before.

I would love nothing more than to walk with you and help you discover your own authentic path towards wholeness, whatever stage of the journey you’re on and wherever you may be headed.
